KPMG: Value-Creating Deals Increased During Recession

Value-creating deals worldwide rose from 27 percent in 2005-2006 to 31 percent between 2007 and 2009 according to findings in a new KPMG study. Asia Pacific acquisitions had the largest volume of value-creating deals at 40 percent, followed by the Americas at 31 percent, and Europe at 17 percent.
