This will include both completion of the analysis and the presentation of results with associated recommendations to senior management, leaders in the CFO organization, and external audiences. The strategic analysis will revolve around analysis of prioritizing business strategy projects by identifying which projects should be made a priority to improve the overall strategy of the organization.
