Tax Manager
You will prepare and review corporate tax returns for completeness and accuracy. This includes assisting with research and planning in compliance with current tax laws. You will also evaluate the tax impact of current and proposed corporate activities and transactions. You will be working with the accounting director and/or controller on asset depreciation schedules/policies. Also responsible for implementing strategies to minimize corporate tax liability according to current tax laws. You will be responsible for hiring, training and supervising tax staff.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and five or more years experience with big tax firms for corporate tax; both profit and non-profit organizations will be considered.
