Sr. Finance Manager
Temple, TX
You will manage the implementation, development and administration of Scott & White's financial, accounting and tax policy. This includes preparing financial statements (both internal/external consolidated GAAP and stand alone Statutory) and board reports. You will also plan, organize and supervise the operations of the Finance Reporting Department, including financial responsibilities and all supervisory activities relative to staffing, work assignments, hiring/termination, performance reviews, orientation and professional development.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and eight or more years of experience. You must also have at least six years of progressive financial reporting experience. Familiarity with Statutory accounting principles necessary. CPA license is preferred.
