NIIT Technologies announced that David Shaw has joined the company as Senior Vice President and Practice Leader for North American Insurance Vertical. David most recently served as CIO for Retail Life, Employee Benefits, Group Reinsurance, Enterprise Distribution applications and BPO activities within ING US operations. Prior to this, David served as Chief Technology Officer for ING responsible for IT strategic planning and enterprise technology delivery. Early in his career, David worked in Dallas, Texas, for PricewaterhouseCoopers, Perot Systems and EDS (Electronic Data Systems) using his extensive IT leadership experience in the insurance and financial industry.
