WellCare Health Plans, Inc. said it appointed Blair Todt as senior vice president and chief compliance officer. Todt would report to the chief executive officer and the Regulatory Compliance Committee of the Board of Directors. Todt previously was senior vice president, general counsel and secretary for health care provider MedCath Corporation.
