    William (Bill) D.Green
    Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

    William D. Green is operating as the chairman and CEO of Accenture. He is responsible for managing the company, formulating and executing long-term strategies, and for all interactions with clients, employees, investors and other stakeholders. Mr. Green is Accenture's key decision maker and policy maker, setting the tone for the company's values, ethics and culture. He has served on Accenture's board of directors since its inception in 2001. Mr. Green personifies Accenture's commitment to delivering the highest quality services to its clients around the world. He has built a reputation for his strong work ethic, results-oriented consensus building and exceptional ability to forge and maintain major client relationships.

    Mr. Green has significant experience as a member of Accenture's senior management team. Prior to becoming CEO on September 1, 2004, he was Accenture's chief operating officer—Client Services with overall management responsibility for the company's operating groups.

    Mr. Green has held executive positions in most of the company's operating groups. With expertise in the high-tech, aerospace and telecommunications industries, he has served as the group chief executive of the Communications & High Tech operating group from 1999 to 2003. Under his aegis, the group grew to become the company's largest business unit. He was also group chief executive of the Resources operating group for two years. Earlier in his career, Mr. Green led the Manufacturing industry group and was managing partner for Accenture's practice in New England. He also served as country managing director for the United States.

    Mr. Green represents Accenture in a number of external venues. He is a member of the Business Roundtable, the G100, and the Executive Committee of the Council on Competitiveness and the International Advisory Panel of the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore. He also has been a featured speaker at international business and technology conferences.

    Mr. Green joined Accenture in 1977 and became a partner in 1986. He attended Dean College and is a member of its Board of Trustees. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in economics and a master of business administration from Babson College, in addition to an honorary doctor of laws from the same institution.



    Stephen (Steve) J. Rohleder
    Chief Operating Officer

    As Accenture's chief operating officer, Steve Rohleder leads all of the company's business and geographic operations globally and is responsible for executing Accenture's business strategy and ensuring operational excellence company-wide.

    Prior to assuming his current role in September 2004, Mr. Rohleder was group chief executive of Accenture's global Public Service (formerly Government) operating group. Under his leadership, the Public Service operating group achieved annual revenue growth of approximately 30 percent, due in part to innovative deal structures and offerings.

    From 1997 to 2000 he served as managing partner of Accenture's U.S. Federal operating unit. Mr. Rohleder had served as managing partner of Accenture's Public Service operating group in the United States from 2000 to 2003.

    Mr. Rohleder, who often serves as an expert resource for journalists and government executives, was named one of the top 25 Most Influential Consultants for 2004 by Consulting Magazine. He was also named one of the top 100 business executives in the federal government by Federal Computer Week in 2000 and again in 2001. Mr. Rohleder has testified frequently before various Congressional committees on such topics as homeland security, government reform and the need to create a Digital TechCorps. He has also served on several external committees and boards, including the Presidential Advisory Committee on Expanding Federal Training Opportunities, the National Association of Counties Homeland Security Task Force, and the Information Technology Association of America (ITAA) Systems Enterprise Solutions Board.

    Mr. Rohleder joined Accenture in 1981 and became a partner in 1992. He holds a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Texas.

     

    Pamela J. Craig
    Chief Financial Officer

     

    Pamela J. Craig is Accenture's chief financial officer, responsible for leading Accenture's Finance organization, which includes the Corporate Controllership, Treasury, Tax, Investor Relations, Corporate Transaction Services, Client & Corporate Finance, Finance Operations and Strategic Planning & Analysis functions. She is also a member of Accenture's Executive Leadership Team.

    From March 2004 until October 2006, Ms. Craig was senior vice president–Finance, with global responsibility for Accenture's client deal structuring, client finance, country controllership and group finance activities. Prior to that, Ms. Craig was group director–Business Operations & Services, managing an annual budget of nearly $1.4 billion and an organization of more than 7,300 people, with responsibility for Accenture's Geographic Services organization, IT organization and cross-company operations. In addition, Ms. Craig held several leadership positions in the company's Media & Entertainment practice with the Communications & High Tech operating group.

    Throughout her career, Ms. Craig has been committed to the advancement and retention of women at Accenture. She led the launch of the Communications & High Tech operating group's women's initiative and the company's first women's program in Japan, among other initiatives, and continues in her commitment to support Accenture senior women and emerging leaders globally. Ms. Craig is also a member of C200, a professional organization of preeminent women entrepreneurs and corporate leaders, and has been named one of the Top 100 Women in Corporate America.

    Ms. Craig joined Accenture in 1982 after practicing as a certified public accountant and became a partner in 1991. She holds a master of business administration degree from New York University and a bachelor's degree with a major in economics from Smith College.

     

    R. Timothy Breene
    Chief Strategy & Corporate Development Officer

     

    Tim Breene is currently operating as Accenture's chief strategy and corporate development officer, leading the company's Growth & Strategy and Corporate Development functions. He is also a member of Accenture's Executive Leadership Team.

    Prior to joining Accenture, Mr. Breene served in the dual role of strategy & corporate development officer and group chief executive—Management Consulting. He previously served as managing partner—Global Service Lines and managing partner—Strategic Services. From 1997 to 1998 Mr. Breene led Accenture's Products industry Strategy practice.

    From 1995 to 1997, he served as a partner in Strategic Services focused on the development of the company's Consumer Goods and Retail Strategy group in the United Kingdom and Europe. Prior to his present position in Accenture in 1995, Mr. Breene was the executive board director at Kingfisher plc, one of Europe's leading retail conglomerates, responsible for group development covering strategic planning, acquisitions, divestments and joint venture operations.

    He has served earlier as global marketing director at United Distillers, responsible for strategic planning and the worldwide marketing of the company's brand portfolio, which included Johnny Walker, Dewers, Tanquerary and Gordons. From 1986 to 1990, Mr. Breene was deputy group CEO of WCRS plc, an international advertising and marketing services group, responsible for North American operations and for the international advertising network. He also worked for McKinsey & Co., starting in 1978, where he became a partner and co-leader of the company's global marketing practice.

    Mr. Breene was born in Turkey, grew up in Belfast and graduated from Trinity College, Dublin, in 1970.
