Job Board Terms of Use

Big4.com (Big Four) is offering the Job Board as a service to employers seeking Big 4  (Big Four) alumni, and alumni seeking open positions.

The Job Board section may be used only for lawful purposes by job seekers seeking employment and employers or their representatives seeking employees. As an employer or as a job seeker, you are responsible for your own communications, content and accuracy or material, for any consequences of their posting, and for the confidentiality of your information and password. We do not represent nor guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of information or communications posted by employers or job seekers.

Employers and job seekers may not use the web site to post, transmit, or distribute material in violation of any applicable law or regulation or professional standards. The use of job board for posting any incomplete, false or inaccurate information, unlawfully deleting or revising any material posted by any other person, or using passwords for any unauthorized purpose is prohibited.

Request for Proposal Terms of Use

Big4.com (Big Four) is offering the Request for Proposal (RFP) feature as a service to Big4 (Big Four) alumni. By using this feature, you agree to be bound by the prevailing Terms of Use.

The RFP feature may be used only for lawful purposes by seekers and providers of professional and other business services. We assume that you are the owner of all material, information, intellectual property that you post on our site. Buyers and sellers are responsible for disclosing and/or resolving any potential conflict of interest situations, abiding by all applicable local, national and governmental rules and regulations, international and import/export laws, for all sales, use, goods and services, value added, and/or excise taxes, and for all import/export fees, duties and/or required licenses. Users are responsible for supplying any restrictive notices and for properly attributing trademarks, service marks and logos to their respective owners.
