Public Services Leaders:

 

Robert B Sullivan

Robert B Sullivan serves as the Senior Vice President of our Health Services Sector in Public Services. He is responsible for leading all Federal and Commercial Healthcare support provided by BearingPoint. His responsibilities include overseeing all support provided to the Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Veterans Affairs, Tricare Management Activity, as well as all commercial Healthcare Payors and Providers. He has also acted as the National Account Managing Director responsible for all support provided to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS formerly HCFA) since September of 1997. He is experienced in providing fee for service implementation, data center benchmarking, process improvement evaluations, accounting systems implementation, cost analysis, cost estimating, financial management, and acquisition planning support for various Government clients.

Prior to joining BearingPoint, Mr. Sullivan served as a surface warfare officer in the United States Navy. Mr. Sullivan received a B.S., Accounting, with a minor in Mechanical Engineering, from the University of Maine, 1982.

 

 

Richard Roberts

Mr. Roberts is the Executive Vice President in charge of the Public Services business unit at BearingPoint. He is one of the founding members of the business unit and helped build and shape it to what it is today. Prior to this role, Mr. Roberts was Senior Vice President of the Federal practice. Under his leadership, the Federal practice experienced astounding growth and profitability, with double-digit growth over the last five years. BearingPoint’s Federal practice has supported the Federal government on several strategic and high-visibility initiatives including reconstruction efforts in Afghanistan and Iraq; global enterprise system implementation for the Naval Air Systems Command; and homeland security assistance to various agencies in critical areas including air safety, border protection, and public health after September 11, 2001.

 

 

Robin Lineberger

Mr. Lineberger is the Senior Vice President in charge of BearingPoint’s North American Federal Government and Commercial Healthcare services segment. He is responsible for market development, service delivery, and the solutions strategy development and implementation for all government services and healthcare markets. Mr. Lineberger has more than 22 years of systems integration experience, 18 years as a systems integration consultant with BearingPoint and four years in development and testing with the United States Air Force where he served as a commissioned officer. Mr. Lineberger co-authored BearingPoint’s original Business Process Reengineering methodology and has also co-authored the books The Art of Business Process Management and the Johnson Space Center's Work Process Improvement Guidebook.

 

 

Ronald Salluzzo

Mr. Salluzzo is the Senior Vice President in charge of BearingPoint’s State and Local Government and Education services segment. Mr. Salluzzo has more than 28 years of hands-on experience in advising senior management at government groups across the country. His background includes previously serving as an assurance partner in KPMG LLP and serving as the National Industry Director for the Higher Education practice. He also has participated in the development of BearingPoint’s information technology strategies and approaches to organizational re-design. Mr. Salluzzo is a recognized thought leader in the State and Local Government and Education marketplace and has authored or co-authored numerous publications
