December 25, 2012
By Rob Starr, Content Manager, Big4.com
Deloitte was awarded an OpenText System Integrator of the Year award for the fifth consecutive year at the OpenText Enterprise World 2012 conference in Orlando, Fla. recently. The award recognizes the value Deloitte services bring to OpenText clients and Deloitte’s role in driving increased revenues for the alliance.
“Our alliance with OpenText allows us to help clients improve business processes by providing access to unstructured data from within existing business systems,” said Perry Finklestein, principal, Deloitte & Touche LLP and global executive sponsor, OpenText alliance. “Our project teams can take advantage of this technology by identifying process improvements that advance the strategic business goals of our clients.”
Deloitte, a sponsor of this year’s OpenText Enterprise World 2012 conference, garnered additional recognition as Sven Wylock, director, Deloitte Consulting Belgium and EMEA executive sponsor, OpenText alliance, was awarded the 2012 Enterprise Champion award. The Enterprise Champion award recognizes individuals who champion Enterprise Information Management within and outside of their organizations.
“Our project teams bring a structured approach to information management as well as a broad perspective on how to build value with SAP implementations that utilize OpenText technology,” said Bill Grasham, principal, Deloitte Consulting LLP. “Our global SAP practice has more than 9,600 dedicated SAP practitioners so our OpenText project teams often include SAP practitioners in addition to information management practitioners.”
