Senior Consolidations Accountant

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Accountant who would like to pursue their career in a high-growth business environment that offers many opportunities for personal development and the chance to take on ad hoc assignments. This role will coordinate the monthly consolidation of financial results for Match.com and all its affiliated entities, coordinate and review A/R activities for national advertising sales, provide support for various statutory audits, and work on a variety of special projects.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the consolidation of monthly financial results for submission to our parent company, IAC
• Coordinate the review of submitted results against monthly forecast
• Prepare consolidated statements of cash flows
• Coordinate the quarterly reporting package submission to our parent company
• Provide support for statutory audit & SOX compliance activities
• Maintain the general ledger chart of accounts and monthly financial reports
• Coordinate and review all A/R activities for national advertising sales
• Conduct technical accounting research

Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant
• Bachelor's degree
• 1-3 years prior public accounting experience
• Prior financial analysis & reporting experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience utilizing a variety of software including Microsoft Excel, Access and Hyperion
