Freddie Mac's Internal Audit Division strongly supports certifications and continued professional education. For this reason, the division will reimburse employees for approved testing and certification costs associated with attaining and maintaining applicable certification (for example, CPA, CIA, CISA, CISSP, or CFA designations).

Candidates will have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience; advanced studies/degree preferred
- Big 4 audit experience preferred
- CPA or CIA preferred
