Audit Manager - Work with Construction/Real Estate Clients

This is an exciting opportunity for an Assurance Manager to impact the future growth of our Dallas practice. The Audit Manager will be responsible for:

Primary Responsibilities:

-Managing existing audits.
-Keeping abreast of latest developments and the firm's standards and policies.
-Keeping abreast of industry developments and their effects on client's competitive position.
-Anticipating and addressing client concerns and resolving problems as they arise.
-Promoting new ideas and business solutions that result in extended services to existing clients.
-Managing the client relationship.
-Managing the timely delivery of the work product.
-Performing the quality control function through review of all work papers, reports and other deliverables to ensure compliance with the firm's policies and professional standards.

Basic Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have manager level experience within a mid to large public accounting firm and have expertise in all aspects of external audit and engagement management.

To be considered, candidates should have:

-6 - 10 years experience in public accounting working in audit
-Thorough knowledge of auditing standards and procedures.
-A Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Active CPA license
-Ability to travel
-Experience in the working with a varied client base is beneficial
-A proven record of building profitable, sustainable client relationships.
