Senior Manager, Corporate Finance and Accounting

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the oversight of our 3rd party service provider, implement improvements, coordinate FTE requirements with the business units and develop reportable metrics for Sr. Management
• Manage the day to day corporate improvement projects that range from T&L implementation, fixed asset implementation, process improvements around existing systems such as P-Card usage and transition of acquired companies from various G/L’s to the SAP platform
• Other special projects at the direction of Senior management

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• 7+ years of combined public and private accounting in a Corporate Accounting environment
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in accounting or related field

• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older

DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS:

• CPA preferred but not required
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC accounting standards
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Access
• Project management experience
• Finance controllership skills (Account reconciliations, process controllership, operational accounting)
• Knowledge of SAP ECC6, BW a plus
• G/L systems implementations a plus
