Sr. Principal

The Senior Principal works directly with clients to provide value added input, deliver projects built around identified and strategic issues, and ensuring delivery of high levels of client satisfaction. The Sr. Principal is known for their expertise and is capable of generating his or her own work and that of others. The Senior Principal is often responsible for business volume, through (add-on) sales and delivering a project. The Senior Principal often acts as a team lead or counselor for other team members.

Project Engagement:

Drive the planning, design, and development efforts of enterprise system replacement to a .Net technologies platform. Mentor and manage matrix resources in complex environment where you will guide best practices, and drive strategic direction in conjunction with key client IT resources and business stakeholders.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Partner with the client and Trexin partners to scope project work and define high level activities and outputs for the project’s duration.Serve as a solutions-based expert, internally and externally, by applying consultative problem solving skills.Lead a team of Principals, Associates, and Project Managers on the account, providing professional development opportunities and feedback.Serve as day to day contact for the client, keeping them abreast of the progress and direction of all work being performed and creating a shared point of view on recommendations.Drive the development of insights and recommendations for final work output aimed at creating hypotheses and work plans that address project objectives and generate repeat work from clients.Maintain in-depth and current knowledge of client’s strategies, business issues and relationships from senior management on down.Identify issues of importance to the industry/clients and works with the Managing Director to develop tangible and commercial offerings.Play a significant role on account planning and strategy with Managing Directors.Remain current on industry, client and competitive trends and directions in order to anticipate and identify new business challenges and issues at assigned clients.Contribute to the enhanced awareness of Trexin Consulting in the market place, through speaking engagements, client meetings, publications etc.Proactively continue to strengthen subject matter expertise through on the job experience, participation in conferences and symposiums and other forums for professional knowledge sharing.Work with Staffing and Development to staff the project, assign roles and responsibilities and deliver on the analytical agenda.

Skills & Requirements:

A minimum of 10 years of multifunctional experiences and peer relationships with Sr. Management IT professionals.Demonstrated Project and Application / Data Architecture experience.Experience with RFP writing and Solution DevelopmentHighly skilled in multiple Business and IT service offerings with the ability to provide verified insight into industry and business issues.Demonstrated ability to act as a counselor and strategic advisor to the client in multiple areas.Highly effective C - level relationship management skills.Advanced written and oral communication skills.
