The Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Information and Services (MSCIS) Finance team is looking for someone with drive and enthusiasm to take on a high impact role as a Finance Manager to serve as the primary Finance partner for the MSCIS Forecasting and Planning Team. The Forecasting and Planning Team is responsible for, among other things, build plan and cost curve optimization of IEB hardware products, manufacturing capacity decisions/trade:offs, new product launch execution, and inventory management of hardware components and finished goods. In this role, the Finance Manager will partner closely with the Forecasting and Planning team to achieve superior financial results. Specific focus areas will include:
: Creation of meaningful financial metrics to gauge the financial effectiveness of decisions and actions.
: Development an execution of financial modeling methodologies to measure true cost of inventory and drive optimal build plan/inventory decisions.
: Participation in key decisions related to factory capacity, optimal inventory levels and critical inventory "bets"
: Advise senior management on financial impact of various alternatives and recommend preferred course of action
: Support creation of build plan and inventory assumptions used in budget, quarterly forecasts and long:range planning.
Qualifications/ Requirements:
: 5+ years of Finance experience in a similar supply chain, including significant/deep financial analysis in this space.
: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or similar discipline.
: Conceptual understanding of how a hardware supply chain functions and ability to articulate application of financial principles to this business space.
: Demonstrated ability to effectively translate financial analysis and insights into meaningful and actionable business communications and recommendations
: Ability to think strategically and communicate effectively with all levels of management, with the capability to guide, educate and influence the thinking of senior decision makers.
: Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, have excellent attention to detail, and work effectively under deadlines.
: Ability to achieve results both through individual and cross team efforts, show a propensity for learning, and demonstrate the ability to identify, analyze, interpret, and deliver sou
