Purpose

This role leads the implementation of consistent, accurate business reporting across DC&E organization, as well as the accounting, controls and compliance agenda across entire DC&E organization.

Accountable for delivery of DC&E Supply Financial Statements and owns relationship with Norwalk center on delivery of DC&E Demand Financial Statements

Owns and leads CARM processes for DC&E organization with support from subject matter experts across DNAOwns and leads embedding compliance agenda across DC&E organization with support from various subject matter experts

Leads the standard costing process for DC&E produced and imports SKUs along with insight generation on trends across vintages

Complexity of Role

Manages, develops and inspires team of 2 Finance Managers and 2 Senior Costing Analysts

Ability to work in a cross-functional environment and to develop relationships with internal and external to DC&E stakeholders

Must be able to translate complex technical DC&E specific accounting issues to wide range of stakeholders across organization

Key Outputs/Deliverables

Exhibit proactive leadership in driving awareness and action toward key objectives.

Identify, communicate and propose solutions to key business issues for the business

Coach and lead team in focusing against key priorities and delivering results

Generate insights on current business performance and work cross functionally to optimize performance

Identify, develop and implement improvements in processes across the accounting & reporting function

Ensure timely, accurate delivery of DC&E financial statements

Ensure proper controls are in place and procedures are being adhered to across DC&E organization

Delivery of annual DC&E standard costs

Drives and embeds compliance agenda

Develops and ensures timely, accurate financial and operational reporting

Experience

Bachelors Degree, Accounting or Finance Preferred; CPA or equivalent required; 10 + years experience working in finance; public accounting experience and / or MBA desired; High Systems Proficiency and Strong Excel Skills; Above average Leadership Capabilities required; Strong management experience , demonstrated ability to develop relationships across matrix organization
