Provide support of scheduling management including, but not limited to:
a. Monitor schedule daily and facilitate necessary adjustments to assignments.
b. Participate in scheduling meetings and follow-up on unresolved issues that require rescheduling of projects and/or staff.
c. Implement scheduling process to ensure compliance with process, incorporating requirements of region and function; and priorities around financials and capacity, client needs, staff development and abilities, and staff availability.
d. Partner with client service managers and staff regarding productivity, staffing issues and concerns including reporting and issues to supervisors, HR, etc.
e. Conduct audits of scheduled vs. actual time and provide various forms of analysis including exception reporting.
f. Ensure that experience of staff is diverse on all engagements.
g. Other duties as assigned.
. High school diploma or GED plus 5 years related scheduling experience, or Bachelors degree with 2 years related scheduling experience
. Strong Microsoft Office skills
. Ability to prepare presentations including charts, graphics and tables, speaker notes & handouts, etc.
. Ability to communicate both verbally and written with diverse audiences

. Demonstrates a working knowledge of the technology tools required within assigned responsibilities
. Effective organization and time management skills
. Ability to manage relationships and have crucial conversations
. Ability to manage multiple tasks
. Strong attention to detail
. Travel required at various times throughout the year. Up to 20% travel required
