New Company: Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are launching a new recruitment company designed to serve the accounting profession. To that end, we are looking for a recruitment/placement specialist who possesses an intimate knowledge of the accounting profession. Boston/Providence area. Recruitment and sales experience are requirements of the position.

Specific job tasks include:

* Seek out and communicate with companies that have jobs to place.
* Sell premium services.
* Organization skills for overseeing administrative tasks.
* Seek out and connect with job candidates, including offering premium services.
* Create and administer exit surveys for candidates and companies.
* Write engaging and worthwhile content for recruitment website.
* Develop social media and mobile strategy for penetration into new markets.
* Sell boutique placement services.
* Work hand-in-hand with employers to find the right candidate(s).
* Good "bed-side manner" with candidates to coach them through the placement process.

Qualifications

* Intimate knowledge of the accounting profession.
* Hunter mentality.
* Recruitment experience.
* Bachelor's degree.
* Familiarity with employment law.
* Experience with social media tools.
* Negotiation skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Demonstrated success in placement services.
* Ability to serve both the employer and the candidate simultaneously, with honesty and integrity.
