choice after graduation. About sixty-six percent said that they will complete
their graduation while taking student loans, while approximately twenty-eight
percent said that they want to live with their parents after graduation. The

David Smith, the managing director of Accenture's Talent & Organization
Performance practice in the North America said, "Generation Y is entering the
workforce with strong values and demands that employers haven't had to address
with previous generations." He further said that employers should find various
means to suit their requirements for fun, balance and mentoring. The study also
revealed that nearly forty-six percent of the graduating students declared they
want to work less than forty-hours each week, and about thirty-seven percent
said they might be overworked by the employers.
