The Oracle HCM Users Group Conference (OHUG) event will be held at The Mirage in Las Vegas from June 18-22. PwC US will discuss business issues and challenges around human capital management (HCM) and the role that Oracle’s Fusion HCM solutions can play there. Fatema Madraswala, a manager at PwC and Robert Watson, a vice president of product development for compensation and benefits at Oracle, will present, “Is Fusion Talent Management Right for You?” on June 20 at 9:45am PT.
PwC and Oracle are teaming to combine PwC’s business advisory services and Oracle’s technology in helping organizations realize large-scale, enterprise-wide transformational change. This distinguished PwC/Oracle alliance is the integration of strategy, processes, methodologies and experience with world class technology. PwC is a leader in providing business advisory services to some of the world’s largest organizations, and by combining PwC’s in-depth business and industry knowledge with Oracle’s comprehensive suite of applications, Oracle Fusion Middleware, and database technology solutions, our mutual clients gain the valuable benefits inherent in an enterprise-wide approach to achieving speed of execution, greater efficiency and lower costs, with the appropriate level of internal controls.
During the presentation, PwC’s Madraswala and Oracle’s Watson will discuss the diverse features and functionalities that Oracle’s Fusion Talent Management offers and how it can be applied to solve real business issues. The presentation will also walk through a case study of financial services organization, The Principal Financial Group, the first Oracle client to implement Fusion Talent Management.
“According to our 15th Annual Global CEO Survey, talent remains a top priority for CEOs across the world and 53 percent see the availability of key skills as a threat to their growth prospects,” said Gerard Verweij, Oracle Practice Leader at PwC. “Applications such as Oracle’s Fusion HCM applications provide crucial solutions to our clients looking to retain their most valuable assets: their top talent,”says Gerard Verweij, Oracle Practice Leader at PwC.
