Protiviti Overview

Protiviti started in 2002. At that time,  Robert Half International was the world’s largest specialized staffing firm. An employment understanding was reached with Arthur Andersen LLP for the hiring of over 700 professionals from the company’s U.S. internal audit and business risk consulting divisions.  These were operating apart from Andersen’s external audit and attestation departments at the time. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Robert Half International Inc.
