McGladrey: International Tax Director Job

Responsibilities:

This is an opportunity to build an International Tax practice in one of the most dynamic, global markets in the world – Los Angeles.  You will be supported by our International Tax partners and professionals based in Orange County, San Francisco and San Diego, as well as our Lead Tax, Audit and Consulting professionals based in Los Angeles.  Responsibilities include:
- Provide cross-border tax planning, compliance, and income tax provision services to our US multinational clients (primarily outbound practice)
- Coordinate global client services with RSMI network member firms around the world
- Participate in sales teams to grow the practice
- Participate in international tax recruiting
- Train and mentor international tax staff
