Responsibilities:
• Business, project and program management across Yahoo!’s Listings businesses. This person needs to help ensure that the property hits its financial targets and does its part in supporting the overall strategy and business goals of Yahoo.
• Must be aware of and knowledgeable about sources of revenue, how they perform, their trends (taking into account seasonality), and what can be done to optimize them
• Report clear and useful financial and traffic metrics to upper management in order for them to consolidate and make data driven decisions
• Provide input into product releases, changes and partnership roadmaps taking into account resource constraints (both human and financial)
• This person must able to work with a variety of teams and partners, including:
- Product: to align the product with the business objectives of the property
- Business Development: to find and evaluate potential partnerships that would increase revenue for the property (or reduce its costs)
- Sales and Custom Ads Solution: to initiate and maintain lucrative ads campaigns that bring value to both Yahoo and advertisers
- Marketing: to distribute marketing resources and effort (both from a branding prospective and a pure SEM play) in order to maximize ROI on those investments
- Operations Finance: to get as much data as possible that allows in depth analysis of the business
- Product Marketing: to put a dollar amount on the opportunities and trends they are studying
- Major customers in combination with Sales in order to present an end to end solution and maintain the highest quality of relationships
- External partners to optimize and maintain these partnerships over time.
• This job has a wide scope that requires the candidate to operate autonomously and display initiative to be successful

5+ years relevant business experience
• Excellent oral & written communication and presentation skills
• Excellent quantitative skills either through prior job experience or relevant coursework (for example, an MBA program)

Experience in the consumer internet industry
• Advanced financial analysis, planning and modeling skills
• General Management experience preferred
