Position Responsibilities:
1. Perform effective reviews of all types of engagements such as, compilations, reviews, audits, and agreed-upon procedure projects.
 2. Oversee the efforts of multiple client engagements; planning, executing, directing, and completing external audits in a wide variety of industries.
3.  Oversee, schedule and direct staff assigned to client projects.
4.  Provide research and consulting services in response to audit and accounting issues, client requests and identified opportunities.
5.  Assist Principals in resolving client issues and problems; compiling research and preparing reports on various audit issues.
6. Serve as the primary client contact on all related matters.
7. Consulting, working with, and servicing client base to make recommendations on business improvement and process improvement and serve as a business advisor to client.
8. Be aware of time budgets, but does not allow time budgets to sacrifice the quality and/or efficiency of the audit procedures.
9. Think proactively about and having involvement in practice development to include opportunities to cross sell to existing clients as well as identifying new clients.
10. Participate in recruitment events, such as interviews, career fairs and open houses.
11. Represent the Firm at industry-related and professional association events.

Requirements:
1. CPA
2. Experience in managing client engagements to include but not limited to planning, conducting and supervising financial statement audits.
3. Management of staff in accounting and auditing.
4. Proficient in accounting and office productivity software.
5. Experience in the financial services or hospitality industries a plus.
