How do you refer a candidate?
All referrals are submitted through the Accenture Talent Acquisition System using the following steps:

2. Click the “United States/Canada” link in the referral section.
3. Follow the instructions listed in the Alumni Referral Submission Process section
What happens next?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail when you submit your candidate\'s resume, and the candidate will receive an e-mail alerting him/her that his/her resume was referred to Accenture.

Upon review of the resume, a member of the Recruiting team will contact you within three business days to let you know if we can move forward with your referral. If your candidate is invited to an interview, a recruiter will update you at each milestone of the interview process. Please keep in mind that Accenture will only interview those who meet the basic qualifications of open US positions.
