Eric Sorin, 49, has been appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Cedicam, the payment flows and systems subsidiary of the Crédit Agricole Group. Mr Sorin will be in charge of Cedicam’s major programs, especially the overhaul of the Group’s payment information system. Eric Sorin is currently head of the Banking IT Technologies and Services division at LCL. He began his career in 1984 in the energy industry with CGE/Alstom. In 1988, he moved to the consultancy Accenture to work in the field of information systems and more broadly the banking and insurance sector, becoming Accenture’s deputy director in 1999.
